The study, published online by the Journal of Adolescent Health analysed data from 2,700 US teens aged 13 to 18. Of these, 30% said they went ot bed later than 11.30pm. By the time they graduated, the study clearly shows that the sleep deprived kids had lower marks and more emotional problems than the other children.
