Brand usage rules
A few simple guidelines to keep our brand consistent and protect both your audience and ours.
You can
- Use product photography from any Mediband product page in your content
- Share or repost from our official @mediband Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Screenshot product details, pricing, and engraving examples
- Pair imagery with your tracking link — that's how you earn commission
- Reference Mediband's institutional customers (Diabetes Australia, Boston Children's Hospital, BMS clinical trials) as trust signals
- Discuss conditions Mediband serves (Type 1 diabetes, allergy, epilepsy, autism, seniors) factually
- Mention Mediband is NDIS-registered and Australian-designed
Please don't
- Modify, recolour, crop the logo, or rearrange the Mediband wordmark
- Claim Mediband provides medical advice or guarantees medical outcomes
- Imply individual endorsements from doctors or clinicians without written permission
- Use the phrase "made in Australia" — Mediband is designed in Australia
- Use the phrase "NDIS-approved" — the correct term is NDIS-registered
- Use the phrase "life-saving" — we frame medical IDs as identification aids, not life-savers (compliance)
- Generate AI imagery of fake "Mediband customers" without disclosure
Quick start — from sign-up to first share
If you've just been approved, here's the fastest path from login to your first shareable tracking link.
- Log in at mediband.com/customer/account/login/
- In the left-hand menu, click Affiliate Program
- On the Information tab, fill in your referral website and payment details (PayPal email or similar). Click Save.
- Click the Promotions tab along the top
- On an active campaign row, click Get Link
- Paste any URL from mediband.com (homepage, category, product page, blog post) and click Generate Link
- Copy the returned tracking URL and share it — with imagery from this page, with your own commentary, or both
