Perfect Medic Alert bands and superb customer service from Mediband. The Medibands are very comfortable and easy to wear, the colour of my bands has stayed exactly as new despite numerous hours spent in chlorinated water and been worn everyday. The size guide on the website is perfect and my bands fit exactly as expected based on using the size guide print out. This was my second order of custom Medibands and both of my experiences have been brilliant. Despite me being in the UK and Mediband being in Australia communication by email is excellent and responses are within 24hours. The custom order process is very simple and Mediband are happy to work with you to get exactly the layout and design preferred / needed and help with fitting everything needed onto a band and keeping it all legible. I couldn't be happier with my Medibands and can't imagine going back to the other styles of medic alert available. I feel totally safe with my Medibands on and can be confident all of the information needed to help me is on my wrist - they are perfect for all ages. Ordering the minimum quantity of 7 bands initially seemed to be a lot however it's actually a great idea and means I'm never without. I would highly recommend Medibands to anyone with medical conditions or other needs which strangers caring for them may need to know.
