    There's just so much doom and gloom out there - don't do this, can't do that and sometimes we lose the good news for the easy headlines! But, generally, it can be quite simple to get healthy and stay healthy. If you do have a problem others should be aware of, then consider a Mediband, but apart from that, celebrate being healthy... 1. The ingredient-reading codes. Start making a habit of reading ingredient labels. Yes, you won't understand the chemical names, but keep two things in mind. The less you understand the name, or the more numbers and scientific it appears to be, the more processed and unhealthy it is likely to be. You don't need to know what it is to work out whether it's good for you or not! Secondly, the higher up the list the more of it is in the product. If science dominates the top of the list, re-think that product. They're not going to make labels any easier to read anytime soon, so keep those general rules in mind and you'll be right. 2.
