At Mediband, our priority is delivering your order quickly and affordably. We use a range of courier and postal services depending on your location to ensure the best possible service.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order during checkout. Please note that any customs fees or import duties are your responsibility. For more information, refer to your local customs authority.

Processing Times:

Non-Custom Catalogue Orders: Typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Personalised Products: Usually dispatched within 10-14 business days.
International Orders: Standard surface mail may take an additional week, while express services like DHL can reduce this to just a few days depending on your location.

Non-Custom Catalogue Orders

Non-custom catalogue items are shipped the next business day following payment verification. Delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method:

Domestic (Australia): 1-2 business days for most metro areas. Remote areas may take 3-7 business days.
International: Standard surface mail can take 4-14 days. For faster delivery, we recommend using DHL, which typically delivers in days rather than weeks.

From time to time, Mediband offers Free Shipping, generally via Standard Surface Mail unless otherwise specified.

Domestic Custom-Made Orders (Australia)

Standard Shipping:

Orders typically arrive within 12-14 business days after payment verification.
Standard shipping is not trackable.

Express Shipping:

Orders generally arrive within 10-12 business days after payment verification.
Express shipping is trackable and recommended for faster delivery.

International Orders

We offer international shipping through Australia Post, FedEx, or DHL for orders outside of Australia. Typical delivery times are:

Non-Custom Products: 5-7 business days after payment verification.
Custom Products: 10-22 business days after payment verification.

Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, VAT, and other charges may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. These charges are your responsibility. Ensure your items can be legally imported into your country to avoid any customs refusals.

On-Time Shipping Guarantee

For express shipping orders within Australia, we guarantee delivery within 12 business days. If your order does not arrive on time, we will refund your shipping costs. This guarantee does not apply to international orders or shipments to PO or DX boxes, nor customised products.

The shipping guarantee will not apply in cases of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as pandemics, war, natural disasters, or shipping company delays.

Address and Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. Mediband is not responsible for missed deliveries if the recipient is unavailable.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your wristbands, you may return them to Mediband for quality assessment. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Mediband does not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Shipping & Handling Policy

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once payment is verified, your order will be processed. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping method. Orders over 10,000 units may require additional processing time.

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please file a claim with the respective courier. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after the package leaves our warehouse. Save all packaging materials when making a claim, as failure to do so may result in claim denial.
