Do you have case studies I can reference?
Anonymised case studies covering trial size, sites, language pairs and customisation patterns are available on request as part of the brief response. For non-confidential clients, we can provide named-organisation references where appropriate to your evaluation.
What's the typical client engagement process?
Four steps: (1) you send a brief with quantity, sites, languages, customisation and target delivery; (2) we respond with a tailored specification, pricing and lead time; (3) for clinical trials, we draft engraving artwork against your protocol for IRB/HREC sign-off; for other pillars, brand-aligned artwork drafted from your brief; (4) production and dispatch — single-site or split across multiple sites with consolidated invoicing.
