Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Medical ID Bracelets
Do Not Resuscitate (DNR), or no code, is a legal order written either in the hospital or on a legal form to withhold cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), in respect of the wishes of a patient in case their heart were to stop or they were to stop breathing. CPR is used to restore a patient's heartbeat and breathing, allowing them to resume their lives as it were before. However, when patients are seriously ill, CPR may not work or only partially restore the patient's health, and could cause further deterioration of their health. In these cases, patients prefer to be cared for without aggressive efforts of resuscitation upon their death. We provide DNR medical bracelets to alert medical responders to your wishes in an emergency.
