How quickly do you respond to a brief?
Quickly — we aim to respond same-day or next business day for most briefs. Complex multi-site or multi-language briefs may need 1–2 business days for a full specification. Urgent briefs flagged in the form go to the front of the queue.
What's the minimum order?
Custom-engraved silicone bands have a minimum of 4 per design. In practice, clinical trials, hospitals and bulk orders typically run 50–500+ bands per batch with a single design or a small set of design variants. We scope each brief to the order size at quoting.
How long is the production lead time?
Lead time depends on quantity, customisation complexity, and how quickly the engraving artwork is signed off. Pre-printed library bands ship same business day for orders before midday AEST. Custom-engraved silicone is typically 10–14 business days once artwork is approved; smaller batches often ship faster, and expedited turnarounds are available on application.
Can you dispatch to multiple sites?
Yes — multi-site distribution from one production batch. We split the batch by site at packing, dispatch direct to each site, and consolidate invoicing back to the sponsor / hospital / RACF operator. International dispatch supported.
Do you support NDIS plan-manager invoicing?
Yes. NDIS-registered supplier (provider 4050021192). Invoices issued in plan-manager format for plan-managed participants, or direct to provider/agency for agency-managed and self-managed participants. Flag your NDIS context in the brief and we tailor the invoicing pathway.
Can we have sponsor logo / school crest / company brand on the band?
Yes. Silicone bands carry debossed or silk-screen logo; stainless bands carry deep-laser engraved logo. Upload your brand artwork in the brief (vector preferred: .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) and we draft a band-specific artwork file for your sign-off before production starts.
What about specific regulatory certifications (TGA, ISO, GxP)?
For trials or hospital procurements requiring specific certifications (TGA registration, ISO, GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11), flag the requirement in the brief and we'll either confirm current status or scope the gap. Honest framing — we don't claim certifications we don't currently hold.
