I don't normally do this, but I just wanted to express my astonishment with both the quality of my new medical alert necklace and the speed/convenience with which it was delivered. My previous necklace was purchased about ten years ago, but the look, weight and engraving of this new one have shown that the field has definitely moved forward in the intervening decade!
