I'm a little disappointed with the longevity of the product. They have lasted less that 2 months before breaking.

Reply: Hi Wendy, we're sorry your medical ID had issues. This can happen when an incorrect size is not selected or where the bracelet catches on something. Medibands are designed to break if sufficient force is applied as an OH&S precaution so that further damage is not caused to the wrist. If there was a quality issue, we are always happy to replace free of charge.
