I had to travel overseas by plane just recently. The Mediband I wore to advise people of my allergy to Almonds was a great help as I am not one to like wearing jewellery and can not wear metal. That the band was a soft silicone allowed me to keep it on (even to sleep) and not worry about what activity I was doing. The band was even a help instead of a hindrance going through security at the airports. I have advised my sister to get Medibands for her sons as it allows you to ride a bike, or climb a tree or be as messy as they want to be and there is no fear of the band catching on anything or scratching skin.
