As your Child with life threatening allergies gets older and more independent it puts you at ease to know there is a product like the Mediband that is easily seen and kids are NOT embarrassed to wear. My son is very aware of being "different" and his school had always had him wear a bright yellow hat to distinguish him from other children in the playground for his own safety. Now he has a blue hat like everyone else and feels more "normal" but I still feel secure with his Mediband on that someone will act quickly if the need ever arises.
