My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes recently. It was so good to be able to have a child friendly medical alert band instead of the usual metal ones. She was thrilled to be able to make up her own design on a band and to be able to have them in hot pink (as she was not keen on the blue ones). For a 9 year old girl this was very important. She has found it really helpful to change wrists each day with the band so she remembers which side of her body she is injecting. I have recommended them to a friend.
