I mountain bike, ski, hike and rock climb. I'm also medicated in a way that means if I injure myself it takes a while to stop bleeding. Not exactly the best of situations but I'm not going to let it stop me from enjoying the things I want to do. Now I can do it so much more safely and comfortably with my warfarin alert mediband.
