  2. How do I know emergency personnel will find my bracelet?

    Emergency personnel will search the personal belongings of anyone involved in an accident in order to identify that individual. Moreover, Mediband® wristbands are easily noticed and colour coded to the wearer′s medical condition where appropriate.

    Mediband® wristbands are also marked with the caduceus medical symbol or mediband alert symbol which is universally known to caregivers and medical personnel.

    Yes, they probably can. But, it could take hours and if the request is made after office hours, your medical records would possibly not be retrieved until the next day. In an emergency situation, seconds count. That valuable time could make the difference between life and death.
